The product

PiracyIntel measures demand for film and television as aggregate counts per title, per market, per day. No personal data is collected or held in that dataset. Signals are aggregated before they reach any PiracyIntel system, and no content is stored.

This site

This site sets no analytics cookies and loads nothing from third parties. If you use the contact form, we receive what you typed: name, work email, company, the industry you chose, what you are interested in, and your message. That goes to our inbox and to our prospects list so we can reply and follow up. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, and delete it on request.

The console

Console accounts hold a login email, a name, and the seat's settings (starred modules, theme). Session cookies keep you logged in. We log requests for security and reliability and keep those logs for thirty days.

Processors

The site and the console run on Cloudflare. Mail is sent from our own domain. Payments for Starter and Console are handled by Stripe, which sees your card details; we do not.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, at contact@piracyintel.com. We answer within thirty days.
