Getting started

The console is one workspace per client, with every module reading the same catalogue. This page takes you from login to a report in ten minutes. If you have not got an account, the live demo is the same console on a seeded workspace.

1. Log in

Go to client.piracyintel.com. Your workspace is named after your organisation and holds your catalogue: the titles you own, distribute or are evaluating. Console plans include ten seats; each seat is a person with their own login.

2. Read the rail

The left rail lists every module in seven groups: Rankings, Trends and timing, Markets, Compare, Risk, Reports and Live. The order is the order buyers ask questions in: who leads, what is moving, where, against what, what to act on, and what to take into the meeting.

3. Set the time range

The range picker at the top of every ranged module sets the window for all of them: 7, 30 or 90 days, or a named month. Change it once and the whole console answers for that window. Starter accounts are pinned to the 2-day sample window.

4. Pick a demand source

Sourced modules carry a toggle: all sources, peer-to-peer, streaming or downloads. Use it when a question is about one path (a streaming leak, a download surge in one market) rather than the whole picture.

5. Search

The search box covers titles, studios, networks, markets and genres. Every result is a catalogue page with its own history, top markets, source stage and risk score. Titles link out to their modules; markets link to what is in demand there.

6. Star what you use

The star on any module pins it to the top of the rail. Most teams pin Top charts, the Global map and Demand gap on day one.

7. Take it with you

Every table exports to CSV. The Monthly report packages rankings, markets, windows, risk and unmet demand into a PDF for the board. Enterprise plans add the API.
